Since 2014, I've helped 40+ mission-driven, globally distributed small to medium tech and creative businesses build and scale progressive HR processes from the ground up, resulting in low turnover, high employee engagement and reduced cost + time-to-hire.

 

I typically work as an embedded HR & talent partner on a fractional basis before companies are ready to hire a full time Head of People or as additional support for small people teams.

 

With a background in Occupational Psychology and Neuroscience, my mission is to help companies build cultures grounded in evidence-based mental well being.
